    I am sorry to hear your mother is in pain.

    Perhaps begin super slow and gentle, focusing more on the breath and keep the range of movement mini. Maybe play with one at a time so that you accurately assess the results.

  • Thank you for posting these. Do you recommend these exercises for someone that's 75 and has advanced osteoporosis? I'm looking for exercises my mother could do to help relieve the chronic pain she is in. I do yoga myself and it has helped me tremendously with various ailments (along with a high alkaline vegan diet). Any thoughts or suggestions I could give her? Blessings.
