And also remove this annoying 5-stringed frets and instead showing say your hero headbaning to beat of music you're play and also make same riffs(visually) you do.

GH makes the sound directly without any delay, a real guitar has a very short yet for the playing of GH significant delay until the string's vibration can be perceived as a sound.

The problem I have with Frets on Fire and the like is that it's to hard to sync up the notes with the song. Like the notes on this are way out of time with the song.
