You can find a decent GP version at ultimate-guitar(dot)com. The fingerings might be a bit off, but they are easy to fix with a little thinking.

just a piece of constructive criticism if you want it: the part before the first verse at about 44 seconds or so cornell plays on the G and B strings, so its a lot lower on the fretboard. it'll sound more authentic.

cool mad0002!!..i play the intro much lower down though on the G string. play the B note and hammer off the C (5th fret)also hitting the open G then bend up the B string on the 3rd fret. you playing a drop D tuning??

Yes, my guitar is in D, down a whole step. The song is very playable in D and I seldomly bother to change the tune of my guitar.
