@thebigbrownbox : Thanks man! I have flaperons and spoilerons built in on a Glide Lever, but havent deployed them during flight yet. I added them in preparation of some interesting maneuvers.
i almost lost my finger to a prop 3 weeks ago. i was hand launching a parkzone corsair and the wind blew it back and somehow i don't remember how my middle finger on my right hand was ripped off the bone. lucky a local business called an ambulance and i was lucky. its still healing but that was scary never hand launching again. Be carefull guys
Ouch! Looks like a big bandaid is in order. I have the same plane and love it. I had to re-enforce the area were the landing gear sits with bass wood and 1/6 plywood and the front leadind edge on both wings with 1/6 balsa wood strips. Have fun with your new plane. Love your videos.
@photobart1 : Thanks man, and yes, Ouch! After I got the bleeding to stop, I found chunks of wood prop still stuck in my leg. That hurt more removing them than it did when it chopped me up. LOL. What a way to learn a lesson about setting up new mixes. Didnt even consider that would happen.
Awe man thats raw, so you using wood props with electric motors, how's that workin for ya? thought you should use electric props for electric motors? I know you can do whatever you want right :)
@youtwoba : They are wood Props designed for Electric motors. When you fly a Wood prop versus a APC you can really tell the difference when you are trying to hang on the prop or other stunts. Its amazing. I didnt believe a guy at the field before I got into the 3D planes, but once I tried both types of blades, I was shocked at the difference. As usual Tom, Thanks for watching and commenting buddy!
GREAT flying! Very nice model. I enjoy watching our videos, thanks for taking the time to put them together and share them on here. Your son is a great little pilot as well. (My boys are just not into YET ... LOL.)
@justlostagain : Thanks man! Sometimes I wonder about the monster I created in my son. Now he constantly wants to take over my planes. LOL.. Thanks for watching!
