@CrashBandikoot7 Thanks and I had an adverse reaction to all the lemon I think, I broke out pretty bad so I stopped, I'm not sure how much detoxing I did but it was an interesting experience, I kept all the weight off :)

@CrashBandikoot7 I was on the "master cleanse" or "lemonade diet" where I had to drink a "lemonade" made of fresh lemons, pure maple syrup and Cayenne pepper
