You have a great voice, but if I may offer an opinion, think about the words you're singing. Right now you're just singing words. Think about what they mean to you and to the character. This will naturally add your dynamics, and you won't look quite as smiley. It's a happy song in a round-about kind of way, so smiling is totally acceptable, but definitely think about the meaning behind the lyrics. Speak them before singing, and really internalize them. It will add so much more depth.
Don't apologize for "looking a little too happy when you sing". You must feel the song, or get into character when you sing, in order to put feeling into the song!

Not easy to do but it can be very effective. It seem to be part of the Broadway style these days. Like when Mandy Patinkin belts the bridge of "If I loved you".....
