I absolutely loved playing Ryze like that. 3 second rule. No one lived. No one... I miss it so much. But its good he isn't like that anymore. Every game would be done with if a team had him. He was never hard to play. Noob's wouldn't use snare to get close for spell flux. But that overload was the most devastating hit in the game. I wish his new skin was a legendary. He's due for one. I know when I played him.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe his Q had a 1.0 AP ratio and a 12% mana ratio. It was nuts.

I finally got used to the new Ryze and I'm beginning to realise how much stronger the new one is. This all looks well, but nothing beats having 3700 HP, 180 armor, 100 MR(MR per level glyphs, mana glyphs suck) and sustained damage the likes of a fed AD carry. He may not insta-WTFPWNBURST people but he wins games. I carried myself to silver and even won 2 4v5s just because of how strong of a carry Ryze is.
