We have "kite birds, seagulls, and also a few hawks". Both birds have white feathers around the edge of their wings. If they are flying high enough and the sun catches them just right, the white reflects the sun. NOW with that said, with all that I have seen, if you say they are glowing I don't doubt it. I always play devils advocate & that has proven to me more strange things than ever lately.
