Just reading the By The Way bio by Dave Thompson, and Anthony was putting this song together before Uplift Mofo Party Plan, about both their ongoing issues with smack. He didn't like it until he looked at it again after Hillel died. It's a song for two friends and their particular relationship, around drugs. Uniquely brilliant Bass playing even for Flea, and their best arrangement until By The Way album IMO
