  • Do it Knight! Awesome!

  • That made two jack asses on Knight's show that day. Allowing him to get away with this type of garbage is what led to his eventual demise.

  • Classic Knight and VERY appropriate given what King had done.

  • 38 Purdue fans watched this. LOL

  • Like if you're watching this after seeing Bob Knight at Clowes Hall in Indy tonight!

  • great video... what a great coach and amazing content...

    puck furdue

  • I agree faithchick! Classic Knight! Bobby Knight is the shit. I was a huge Indiana fan until he left for Texas Tech. Once he left I became a huge Texas Tech fan. He is a legend, go Bobby.

  • rotflmao ! Classic Knight hahahahahaaaaaaaaa

  • What I'd like to know is why is a Tennessee fan wearing a Purdue hat?

  • I miss Robert Montgomery Knight!!!

  • yeah well it was a Purdue kid who was the first to walk on the moon.

  • @marc2008ln nice dude.

  • bobby knight is great!

  • Hilarious when Purdue grads act they are an Ivy League school.Assume your position as a second rate institution and tell Porky Painter to start cheating like that corrupt old bastard Keady.

  • I think Jack looks like Matt Painters wife, has anyone seen Mrs.Painter and Jack at the same time??? I don't think so..I KNEW IT!! they are the same person.

  • I remember watching this episode of the Bob Knight show from my dorm room at IU, must have been 1980. I laughed my ass off. Knight was hilarious (especially after a loss, although unintentionally so). Ah I miss the days of Knight and Keady. IU is on they're way back, GO IU!!

  • kinda like the t ocho show

  • 36 People got their worthless degree from Purdue.

  • @DirtyRatBastard

LOL. iu isn't even in the same league as Purdue academically. You may want to stick to talking about 20 year old banners. Academic talk will turn out poorly for you.

  • @jvail05 IU isn't even in the same league as Purdue? Most of the Indiana's leading graduate programs belong to Indiana University. Kelley school of business MBA program is ranked above Kranert (sp?), IU has a good Med School and IU's Law school is currently ranked above Notre Dame's--Purdue has neither. IU's Social Science and Liberal Arts programs are broader consistently beat Purdue's. The only thing that Purdue is know for is engineering (which is a good school). Your argument is invalid

  • @vantalge i didnt have to go on fishing trips with daddy to get to know them dipshit. now youre just starting to piss me off. its pretty obvious that youre full of shit, so piss off. go back to the kitchen woman. its liberal pussies like you that are whats wrong with the world today.

  • @swburton316 Wow. You're absolutely crazed. Stay classy, my friend. Always fun to see BK's staunchest supporters lose their minds, as he often did. I'm sure Tom, Steve and Quinn are proud to call you a friend -- probably laughing at you behind your back. The little kid pretending to be part of the IU program. Let's move on.

  • @vantalge must be nice to look in the mirror every day and know you're nothing more than a dumb bitch. And yea, they probably would be proud. Last year my dad and I played in a charity golf outing, our foursome consisted of the two of us, Steve, and one other. The format was two foursomes played together, ... One of the guys in the group playing with us started poking at Green after he defended Knight in conversation. Lead to Green calling him a cunt. Yes, he'd be proud.

  • @vantalge And I'm sure your mom and dad would be proud to know that you're assaulting the world with your ignorance. Keep on keepin' on, let's just hope you somehow managed to find a husband who has made something of himself and can give you a job...

  • @swburton316 Merry Christmas. Maybe you should think about asking Santa for a few IQ points. I bet they make great stocking stuffers :)

  • um, you're not supposed to love your coach. Where did you ever get that idea?

Don't confuse love with respect, bud.

  • @Slyder1982 I'm not. They respect him and love him. You'd be surprised at how so many of his former players still talk to him on a regular basis, etc.

  • @snowsquirrel11 ok then, if theres one thing ive learned from responding to your comments its the difficulty that goes along with arguing with idiots. what do different majors have to do with the fact that overall iu grads have higher starting salaries?

  • @matt517472 clearly youre a little bitch that cant take criticism. talk to his ex-players about him and then come talk to me. i bet you maybe 1 out of 100 talks negative about him...

  • @swburton316 You're wrong. I've done it. Many didn't care for him, but they have nothing to gain by speaking against him publicly. Sorry to burst your bubble.

  • @vantalge Actually I'm not wrong. Clearly you haven't talked to many of them. Nothing to gain by criticizing him publicly? What a shitty argument. Being close family friends with quite a few of his former players, I can tell you that of the 6 I can think of off the top of my head, none of them had an ounce of negativity towards Knight - and that list includes Steve Green, Tom Abernethy, and Quinn Buckner. They also are very outspoken about the fact that very few players had anything but respect

  • @swburton316 You mean being called "the biggest f------ p---- I've ever coached" is being treated like a man? The greatest coaches had disciplined teams without resorting to childish name-calling, choking, etc. And I'm sure you don't even want to get into showing soiled toilet paper to the players. You're blinded by your loyalty and desire to believe in something. I'm an IU grad who wasn't brainwashed and could look at it objectively. Having said all that, this clip is funny!

  • @vantalge And for the record, I'm ashamed to have to call you my "fellow Hoosier". Clearly your IU degree is in something like fine art or communications, because you are obviously a liberal pussy.

  • @vantalge for Coach Knight. I'm sorry that you spoke to the 1/100 that disliked him (aka couldn't handle being treated like a man). But the fact of the matter is you're wrong, and your ignorant opinion on the matter will never outweigh the evidence that I've heard with my own ears on numerous occasions.

Don't waste your time responding to this - I really couldn't give two shits about what you have to say, cause you are clearly nothing but one who dislikes IU, so your opinion is worthless

  • @swburton316 Sorry, I've spoken to far more than you. Green, Buckner, Abernethy played for BK early in his career, before his success went to his head. I've spoken to many who came along later, including those on national champ. teams who said the experience wasn't worth it. You're the typical IU fan who doesn't want to hear outside opinion. You might as well believe in the tooth fairy. To say those who didn't like him couldn't handle being treated like a man .... what a joke.

  • @vantalge hahaha i'm sure you've spoken to far more than me. Let me add luke recker and jason collier to the list. They're very recent. First of all, Knight was more aggressive towards players at the start of his career dumbass. Second, to say that other great coaches don't resort to this kind of thing is blatantly ignorant, and truly shows how little you know. The problem wasn't what Knight did, it was that he hadn't won big for a decade.

  • @swburton316 Jason Collier and Luke Recker are bad examples Both transferred from IU because they couldn't stand playing for Knight. Other coaches yell, but not in the way Knight did. Yes, I know coach K is more vile and profane than many realize, but that doesn't excuse Knight. Many coaches have won big and behaved far better.

  • @vantalge Not arguing with the fact that "Many coaches have won big and behaved far better." Arguing with the fact that you clearly know nothing. Unfortunately, it's hard to get a point across through youtube. I would love to sit down and talk to you face to face about the matter - and I can guarantee you that if that conversation happened, I would have no problem bringing quite a large number of former Knight players to put you in your place on the subject.

    Merry Christmas and Fuckoff

  • @swburton316 Geez, you're full of class. Unfortunately, you're pretty typical of the diehard Knight supporters who only seem capable of expressing an opinion with insults and profanity. (By the way, F off is two words. You should have studied harder in college.) Why do you think you're the only person in the world who knows former IU players. They'll all over, and a lot of people in industries that take them in contact with them know them.

  • @vantalge And one last comment: If you say you've talked to the few that I mentioned, and not all of them like him as much as I believe, you're full of shit. Please, for the last time, state some credentials. So far, you're nothing more than a woman who thinks she knows everything (standard though, right?). How have you met dozens and dozens of former Knight players? Were you the trainer who sucked them all off at halftime?

For the record, I'm currently studying to get my Ph.D.

  • @swburton316 And not all of them had to go on fishing trips with daddy to get to know them. I've talked with every player you've mentioned except Recker. And a couple of dozen more. Not saying they all hated Knight, just saying many didn't love him as much as you would like to believe. (Do you teach your kids to yell and cuss at everyone that has a different opinion than they have?) Just wondering. Merry Christmas. Period.

  • @vantalge And also, by saying that many of the players that I've talked to didn't love him as much as I believe only exposes to me that you are full of shit. I am in contact with many of these people on a regular basis. Tom Abernethy, a good family friend of ours, runs a gym in Indianapolis. I worked for him for 3 years in high school, and know him quite well. Steve Green is practically my uncle, and Buckner roomed with my dad for 2 years in college, and is still close friends. If you even begin

  • @vantalge to assert that one of these three former players doesn't like Knight, you're an idiot. In fact, they are probably his 3 biggest advocates. I have heard two of them get verbally agressive with people who, like yourself, ignorantly insulted Knight. The problem with many people is they didn't get to see what happened behind the scenes like players did. One of the best examples I can think of is when he missed a press conference after they lost a game. The media was all over him. He missed

  • @vantalge ...the press conference because there was a kid in the hospital in Indy who he had been visiting, and he went up to give him the game ball. Sounds like a pretty bad guy to me though, right?

I've come to the conclusion that you are way too ignorant on the matter to discuss this with any further. I have more important things to do with my life than discuss this issue with a dumb woman who clearly doesn't know anything about it. Please, though, go ahead and state those credentials...

  • @vantalge Coach K at Duke gets away with murder - this isn't arguable, it's a well-known fact. But, he still puts banners on the ceiling.

I also want to GUARANTEE you that you haven't spoken to more of Bob Knight's players than I have, so don't try to play that BS game with me. I laugh out loud when people try and pull the connections card. I hate to pull out the "dad" card, but he's been on the board of the varsity club for 20 years - translates into me getting to meet pretty much...

  • @vantalge all of the players, and also Knight himself. In fact, a group of six guys, including my dad and myself, go to Canada on a fishing trip every year. Knight has been in that group 3 times now. You think he got pissed when a ref made a bad call? try being in the boat with him when he misses a fish...

  • @swburton316 I don't care if you wash Coach Knight's underwear for him, that doesn't mean you know more of his players than I do. Sorry. I'm sure you don't. I happen to be in a profession that takes me into contact with many of them over the years. And you're name-calling and closeminded attitude reveals your shallow outlook. You're clearly not mature enough to accept another viewpoint without acting like a five year old -- much like Coach Knight. Good luck on the next fishing trip, though.

  • @vantalge LOL alright, what is your "profession" that makes you so sure. And I brought up luke and collier for the sole reason that they transferred, but NOT because they couldn't stand playing for knight. That was media portrayal of the incident. Neither one of them had anything but positive remarks for Coach Knight. You will absolutely never convince me that Knight's players didn't like him. You have zero credibility in this argument. I have heard maybe one player make negative comments...

  • @vantalge ...towards him, and that says a lot based on the very large number of players I've heard talk about him in private, not public, settings. If players hated Knight so much, how was he such a great recruiter? Your argument holds no water, and honestly, every time I read another one of your comments, I laugh. I have heard more than one player get verbally aggressive with people who insulted Knight. The FACT of the matter is, a huge majority of his players loved him. While they obviously...

  • @vantalge had to get past the fact that he has a very dominant and aggressive personality, they realized that he made them better people. The pussies, however, quit. I have heard at least a dozen former Knight players in private settings talk about the fact that Knight was the largest reason why the player graduation rate was so high on IU's team during his era - he demanded excellence on the court and in the classroom. I'm done talking to you because you clearly lack education on the matter.

  • Bob Knight focused on the STUDENT-Athlete. a term that has fallen off the map. a rare amount of coaches still live by that mindset such as Tom Izzo, Matt Painter, Coach K (A knight aprentice). Bob Knight is the greatest college bball coach of all time. He ran a clean program, and loved his players. He treated em like shit at time but would die for them. Wanna know the real Bob Knight read "A Season on the Brink" one of my favorite books!

  • this is great,, rib.. i thought the boilermaker was gonna come out,,, this was hilarious..shows ya bobby has sense of humor

  • Haha thats funny

  • Purdue is 1000x the school that Indiana is.

  • @philglassfan Clearly you can't read or do math, because statistics say that while both are good schools in terms of academics, IU has more top-ranked programs than purdue. Also, another meaningful statistic - IU is a better party school, and IU far outranks purdue in terms of hot chicks.

  • Comment removed

  • @swburton316 Normally I don't lower myself to the level of morons but your statement is appallingly incorrect. IU was ranked BELOW Purdue consistently for the past 7 years as far as academics are concerned. Purdue's engineering program is ranked 8th overall, with multiple programs (civil, aeronautical and astronautical, agricultural, nuclear, industrial, etc) are ranked 3rd or 4th in the nation. Another interesting "statistic" is that our statistics program is ranked higher than yours. Cheers.

  • @snowsquirrel11 I'm curious as to where you get your information...??? Yes, Purdue has certain programs that are better than IU's. Yes, IU has certain programs that are better than Purdue's. For instance, Purdue has engineering. IU has superior business and music programs. Where did you get your "past 7 years" info? I hardly believe it - Newsweek has had IU > Purdue...

IU students have better starting salaries also, just FYI

  • @swburton316 I cannot post websites or I get an error message, but here is the main one you requested: arwu.org

And you listed just engineering, however Purdue has outstanding math, science (physics and chemistry mainly), and agricultural programs. Also, US News & World Report ranked Purdue 56th and IU 75th overall for national Universities. Furthermore, IU's scholarships have lower academic requirements (indicative of less academic competition). Also, your salaries stat is questionable

  • @snowsquirrel11 1) IU is widely noted as being harder to get into, especially in recent years. Admittance requirements are more strict at IU, and that's pretty widely accepted...look it up. One source saying Purdue is better than IU overall is not concrete evidence. Keep looking and you'll find plenty that favor IU and plenty others that give Purdue better marks.

My salaries stat is not questionable. The data comes straight from IU and Purdue websites.

acceptance rates: IU 80%, purdue 85%

  • @swburton316 "Widely noted" means you are stating your opinion, while in fact many people would say otherwise. Also, I have a plethora of sources citing Purdue academics > IU, not just one (two were in my previous comment).

Salaries on the schools' websites are different depending on major, so your blanket statement about any IU or Purdue degree is not applicable.

Acceptance rates depend on how many people apply. If more people apply, less get accepted. It means nothing about standards.

  • I see that the IU VS Purdue war is just as vicious as the Alabama VS Auburn war

  • LOL thats great, did you see the donkey shit all over the floor? That's why everyone started laughing so bad... friggin classic coach knight

  • wow your a dumbass for saying knight was a waste of a life....3 banners a waste dumbass?

  • Purdue grads and fans are total tools, bunch of cry-baby fags that look and act like r-tards

  • Bob Knight, simply a wasted life and truly an idiot. IU should have fired him long before. College basketball is better off with his retirement!

  • a wasted life? he will be remembered after he dies. Most people work their whole lifes to achieve this.

  • @JohnM7461 I'm not even a Bob Knight fan, I wouldn't want to play for him...but to say that he is a bad coach and has a wasted life is idiotic....Coaches have done far worse things to their players, Bob Knight is just honest and talks to the media like he does everyone else...do some research and see how many people love him and what he has done for other people's lives...he also served in the military, hard to hate people who fight for us

  • Don't compare The General to Hitler!! Knight would have completed the job of ridding the world of xews!!

  • You are quite possibly the most ignorant piece of garbage I have ever communicated with. A wasted life? He's done more with his than you could ever do with yours. Should have fired him? Why would you fire a hall-of-fame coach? Because he instills discipline?

    You're f*cking stupid.

  • @swburton316 he didn instill disciplinev.v he abused his players..

  • @swburton316

Fear and discipline are two different things. The man instilled fear, not discipline. He was a great winner, but a man who throws chairs at other players knows nothing about discipline. He knows the game of basketball and how to scare the shit out of people. That is all.

  • @DawnpatrolTrev ...he didn't throw the chair at anyone, he threw it across the court. and he instilled both fear and discipline in his players. you make the argument that he didn't instill discipline, but his players had one of the highest graduation rates and GPA's in college basketball.

knight instilled not only discipline on the court, but off. THAT separates good coaches from great coaches.

  • fuk purdue

  • Normally, Knight's antics make me laugh. This one wasn't funny.

  • Thats a lot of math for a Hoosier!!

  • @Deelucky84 dont talk to your future boss like that

  • Knight certainly can be funny, but it is a shame that he has to be such a rude ass so often. What is that all about? He was such a great coach it really was not necessary at all. He just became so "big" that he thought the whole world revolved around him. I have known a few people like that and it is such a waste. His success on the court is what kept him out of jail. Mr. Bigstuff.

  • This interviewer is a copy-cat. Red sweater and white collar. Sheesh.

  • LOL, Bobby is the best.

George King was a jackoff, but Morgan Burke is worse.

  • You'll have a hard time convincing any Purdue fan that 5 is a bigger number than 1 even if that 1 really doesn't count

  • Burrellfan1 how are those national championships for PUrdue coming?

  • LoL !

  • Yeah, Indiana's last was.......20+ YEARS AGO! WAY TO GO, HOOSIERS!!!

  • @CrankMonkey99 At least we can say when the last time we won a national championship was...

and 1 of your 4 total national championships doesnt count cause it was in fuggin paintball...

  • That didn't look like Boilermaker Pete! Hey Hoosier fans, what was it like to finish last in B ig 10 men's basketbaal?

  • why u askin us you know very well how it feels hahah

  • na we've kinda forgot...the only way you've been near the top lately was with sampson and you couldnt even keep him in line

  • @Burrellfan1 I'm sure you remember quite well. As a purdue fan, you should be pretty experienced with that...

  • Knight's show aired at 1230 on Sunday afternoons on WTTV channel 4 and i swear it was the best tv on...one never knew what would happen...one time after a loss, Coach Knight left after about 10 minutes (it was always filmed after the game) and left poor Chuck Marlowe there to do 20 minutes off the cuff....the Jack show was a great moment!!!! Thanks for the great memory!!!!

  • now this type of Bob Knight I like!! How the heck did he turn into the angry-bitter-violent-punchy Knight?

  • classic.

  • This is great. I was a junior or senior in high school in Jeffersonville, In when this aired. Thanks for posting.

  • I'm a Purdue grad and I gotta say this is great. I was there for the some great Keady/Knight battles and saw Purdue win 3 Big Ten titles in a row. I hated Knight at the time, but man, he sure added a lot to really intensify this great rivalry. Gene's my obvious choice but The Big Ten's biggest loss is that both these coaches are gone and there are really no more truly great personalities in coaches like they once had: Gene, Jud, bobby, Lou, Dr. Tom, Frieder, Clem.....

  • So true. I agree 100%.

I'm an IU alum and my favorite teams were always IU and however was playing PU.

Who was more colorful than Gene Keady? No one could throw a jacket/sportcoat like he could. Those were the days.

  • Purdue University has the fewest national championships among Big Ten schools. Since its establishment in 1869, Purdue has won two national championships, one in men's golf and the other in women's basketball.

  • 1933 Mens Basketball. I think thats the year

  • 1932 with John Wooden on the team.

  • The 1st NCCA Basketball Champiuonship game was in 1939.

  • From the John Wooden Wikipedia site :

After graduating in 1928, he attended Purdue University, located in West Lafayette, Indiana, where he was a three-time All-American guard. He helped lead the Boilermakers to the 1932 National Championship, as determined by a panel vote rather than an NCAA Tournament which began in 1939.

  • Comment removed

  • actually Purdue's won 4:

    1 Men's Basketball

    1 Men's Golf

    1 Women's Basketball

    AND

2009 NCAA Paintball Champions haha :)

  • Dude Purdue is the Big 10 sports doormat along with Northwestern and Wisconsin. Little bitch darlings

  • @Runslikeakenyan are you retarded? Sweet sixteen without our best player doesnt seem door mat to me. Not to mention that IU is worse in every soprt except mens soccer, which we dont have. And both the other teams you mentioned finished ahead of IU in both major sports this year.

  • @Tjp0991 ...FALSE. IU has 23 D1 championships, purdue has 4 (all sports). In basketball, they have 11 more ncaa tournament appearances, and 5 championships vs purdue's 0. The only sports purdue is better in are football and then baseball which nobody cares about in college anyway.

  • remind me again who has the most big ten championships again? oh yes, that would be Purdue. and How did Indiana do this year in Basketball? Oh yes, 2nd to last thats what I thought.

  • @highjumpchamp23 Remind me again whos has more NATIONAL champioships again? oh yes, that would be Indiana. How did Purdue do this year in Basketball, Oh yes, Butler (a smaller school in Indiana) out performed you. Purdue will NEVER win a national championship. Your basketball programs are as much out of place as Keady's comb over.

  • Wow. You might be the most ignorant little bitch ever. How did IU do this year? awful. Who has the most big ten championships? Purdue does. Who is the preseason Number 2 team in the nation? Purdue. IU was 2nd to last in the big ten this year, and you call purdue a doormat. dumbass

  • @highjumpchamp23 Always the bridesmaid and never the bride. I'll take national champioships over big ten championships anyday. How does it feel to be the number 2 team in the nation, yet a smaller indiana school (Butler) out permforms you?

  • @highjumpchamp23 Would you like a sticker?

    A) Who cares about big ten championships - NATIONAL championships matter.

    B) Purdue has busted ugly chicks, IU has good looking women. FACT.

    C) IU is a 10x better party school. FACT.

    D) If you go to purdue, you will probably work for an IU grad one day.

  • hahahaha thats great

  • Regardless of your argument for or against IU....for or against Purdue... Bob Knight and Gene Keady were great. I'm an IU fan and loved the match ups. This video is classic. BELIEVE THIS....It's an absolute travesty that the greatest rivalry in the Big Ten ...WITHOUT A DOUBT... and arguably in all of college basketball... only happens once a year. They both deserve credit for what they brought to college basketball. Vote Penn State OUT of the Big Ten!!

  • LMAO this is just brilliant

  • What year is this from?

  • I was a freshman at IU when this happened, and we always watched the Bob Knight Show every Sunday morning. LMAO!

  • i wonder what is "jack" last name...hhhhmmmmmm..........thinking...thinking.....thinking......OH!! I GOT IT....BUSH, RIGHT? OH OK...MAYBE NOT!! WHAT AN "ASS" I AM.

  • WTF does Bush have to do with this?

  • obviously u don't have a sense of humor

  • strike

  • I believe that Bob did this after the game where Roosevelt Barnes suckerpunched Isiah.

  • Yeah he is crazy but I have to admit this was pretty funny and he did not curse! That is a miracle!

  • This reminds me of 'Piper's Pit'. I probably would have gotten killed on foreign soil when I was 20 if Knight had gone into politics instead of coaching.

  • I miss Knight like an infected boil on my thigh.

  • i think its safe to say alot of people feel the same way about you

  • no you don't. no banners for lackey.

  • If other than a fan of IU B-ball then I understand. If not... I'm sure you enjoyed the successes of Mike Davis and Kelvin Sampson? It's hard to find the games anymore, the athletic dept. doesn't have the money it once had etc.

  • purdue does not have a nationla title.

  • yeah we do...

  • @sharkbite23 But you haven't won a national championship game. That was before they even had an ncaa finals game, so they just voted you the champs hahaha what a joke...

  • They won one in women's basketball. No other real sports accomplishments.

  • we have a mens national championship 1932...thank you very much...look it up jack!

  • Hahahahahahahaha!

    You guys ain't done sqaaaaat!

ps, your coach is a fat crybaby.

  • Sucks that Purdue is a top 10 program and Indiana is going to be in last place eh?

  • Classic. Bob was the best and he nailed King and the Purdue idiots in this skit.

BTW, that is the President of Purdue leading "Jack" onto the set.

  • I went to Purdue, and the baskeball program did nothing but piss me off, cause I lived in Cary and had to move my car every damn time there was a Football game or basketball game, male or female. this was a bit of an inconvience especially when I had midterms, cause I know that at purdue, we actually have to study to pass our classes. And there is a far lower rate of homlessness on the streets of Purdue, vs. IU. When I was at IU i saw former high school friends begging for money. WEAK!

  • I'm a Hawkeye fan and a I truly miss Bob Knight. I'm glad astro-glide is gone though.

  • I remember reading about how much this pissed off Purdue

  • Jack DOES seem to resemble Gene Keady doesnt he? lmao

  • Is this Bob Knight show available on dvd?

  • Is this Bob Knight show available on dvd?

    Thanks.

  • The women's championship is irrelevant and anything before 1939 is not recognized, just as the so-called World Series prior to 1903 are not recognized by MLB. Maybe you should vote in the next Zimbabwe elections because your vote will count as much as purwho's so-called national championship.

  • I was no ag student or anything but even I know the difference between a jackass and a mule and I can say with assurance that "Jack" is a mule. Missouri mule maybe but a mule nonetheless.

  • @battenwood glad we have a good ol' hickboy from purdue to clear that up

  • @swburton316 Actually a cracker boy from the University of Georgia. Hardly makes me an authority but you still see some mules and donkeys in the fields down here.

  • Preseason rankings are a great predictor of tournament success. Hey, go play the stock market while you're at it with your awesome predictions.

I love you purdue fans.....so much anger. Do something on the national level like oh, I don't know, North Carolina. I hate them but they have been to more Final Fours than purdue has won big ten titles. Your basketball program is nothing on the national level.

  • neither is yours...i guess they have been to the final four more then IU has bigten title also...idiot!

  • Wow are you still dragging that around? Was 1932 also the last time your family married outside of the family tree? Big Ten titles are meaningless. Go ask North Carolina or Duke if they care about ACC titles. Your program is just another wannabe at the national level.

IU is down but damn if you want to bring up 1932 here are some more numbers: 1940, 1953, 1976, 1981, & 1987. Head-to-head is shit. IU purwho games aren't shown on ESPN Classic. Final Four games are, like the unbeaten1976 team.

  • Which team has won more Big Ten championships?

  • lol, funny

  • That was hilarious, and actually was spot on when it came to King.

Miss the General, he was great on ESPN, they hit a home run with him on the set.

  • i lost my basketball 2 days ago at VU...im pretty pissed about it

  • thats right motherfucker... roll back down here. jesus christ - a FUCKIN MIGHTY with that cock sucking fucking bullshit!!!!

  • Any questions you wanna ask Jack? No, I think his presence is enough Coach.

  • God, I miss coach so much!! Glad to see him all over ESPN suring the tourney.

  • Pure entertainment. I could listen to Bobby Knight all day.

  • say whatever you want about bob knight, he doesn't care. he is better than you. and so is IU. he is better at coaching than you will ever be at anything else, and he has accomplished more than any of you critics have

  • to quote the great bob knight. "im tired of loosing to purdue"

  • Hey all you Purdue fans! You win! Purdue is a much better program than IU and has way more tradition.National Titles don't count for squat! It's the head-to-head matchups that they hang banners for. Yep, they sure do....

  • national titles dont count for squat??

im sorry but thats bull shit

  • dude, I was being sarcastic

  • WOW how funny and original this must be I mean if throwing chairs and acting like a child is suppose to be great coaching bob knight has it sealed. This public display sputtering out sentence fragments and laughing at his own lame joke of a show makes me happy I don't attend IU

  • funny. IU didnt even make top 32 this year. IU SUCKS BUT THE GIRLS SUCK HARDER

  • I swear Bob Knight would have been a hell of pro wrestling personality. Who da hell else would have done something like this?

  • The 80s were the peak of college basketball. ESPN ruined it. Knight and Keady were rivals with great teams until about 1994. Bob Knight certainly had a wild sense of humor.

  • funney

  • fff

  • Coming soon! The Fantasy Death Match pitting Bobby Knight against Dick the Bruiser, with ringside commentary by Chuck Marlowe.

  • Thats amazing! PURDUE SUCKS!!

  • wow, that is incredible. the general strikes again
