The money is an indicator of your score, it doesn't allow you to buy items or such.

As long as it has Angela's bouncing bosom at 0:49, it'll be ace.
Otherwise, this game doesn't seem to do anything too special in comparison to the WiiWare one, but it's good that PlayStation fans are finally getting to give this awesome party game a try, even if the torchlight mode does look a tad awkward.
