@21shasiti You have to carry great responsibility when you work on a day care center.
You can't just walk away on the child, in case something bad happens :(

i really dont kno why parents post this on youtube, all it does is attract attention to youtube child abusers (like chickenjack3), youtube wannab parents/complainers tryin to tell you how to raise YOUR child, and dumbasz's and the few people in which have a sense of humor and are parents so they 'get it' lol

I didn't find this funny. This is a 20-month-old, and looks like he needed somebody to pick him up to help calm him. I thought it was weird that the teacher could lightly smack his belly and cheeks but not hug him.
