Of course there are ways of downloading off youtube with online conversions. Youtube tries to change layout to stop it,,but smart cookies always find ways around it,,hehe

@SamanthaCraven The track seems to be broken up and scattered around different parts of the film. The first part you hear is actually from the end of the film, and the middle(ish) part with the faster violins is from the part when Jack gets the idea in his head that "up is down" and flips the boat over with the help of his crew.

I'm convinced by the pure awesomeness that is pouring out of my headphones and into my brain, it must have been a mistake brought on by an eargasmic experience of Hans Zimmer-sized porportions. This piece of music, as well as a few other good orchestral suites, is on the "Remixed and Unreleased" CD that is only officially available in a box set with the first three soundtracks (which is pretty unfortunate, considering that many people, including me, already have the first 3 soundtracks and wouldn't be willing to fork over the 60+ dollars just to get one new CD with some good tracks on it).

This also isn't the full version of the song. I'm pretty sure that there are about 2 minutes cut off from the beginning, but this starts out at a good point (the parachute scene) and includes most of the really epic parts of the piece.

I regret that this music is not on the actual CD from the movie. The first part sounds sad and beautiful (second part is more energetic and is another version of "Up Is Down"). Although the first part contains the main theme from the movie and other parts of the soundteack, the combination makes them all new. I listened to it on December 20th, right after I found out that Brittany Murphy is dead (she was not one of my favorites, but I liked her). And, I have to admit, I almost cried.

Don't feel bad about crying to this. I do that pretty often too. I cried during the movie too when Will was killed because I love him and the music combined with that was too much. Hans Zimmer composes phenomenal music!
