@supercell42 that's probably because the Maya NEVER predicted the end of the world - though it did predict just about everything else correctly, through means of explaining the evolution of consciousness... that's what it is, a calendar not of time, but of events changing around the transformation of a universal/cosmic conscious

434-829 AD The Dark ages.

1932 Great Depression, 1939 World War II, 1945 Atomic bomb.

2007 Dec US Mortgage crisis, 2008 Oct Global Financial collapse.

2011 Aug US credit rating dropped.

Here's a surprise: 9/11 happened in the second positive period in 2001. An out-of-the-box way of looking at this world shaking event is that it generated the largest wave of compassion in human history.

I had a dream a few days ago about some guy showing me the world map diagram on his projector, and he aimed his laser pointer over Europe, Canada and America (in that order). When He did this, Europe, Canada and America got greyed out on the map. He then said in 2012 there will be an earthquake in these greyed regions, and the safe parts of the world were the bits that wernt greyed out on the map (Africa, India, Asia, Australia etc)

I then googled '2012 europe earthquake' but nothing came up?

28th of october? hah. The vatican based our christian calendar on the mayan calendar. That's why the date fits so well to dec 21st 11:11 am EST. Any other dates are simply ludicrous because our calendar does not happen to relate to the mayan one but IS the mayan calendar in disguise.

Terminal Velocity - As the object accelerates (usually downwards due to gravity), the drag force acting on the object increases, causing the acceleration to decrease.

-you don't keep falling faster, there is a Terminal Velocity, resistance or drag causes this and the only way around it is zero viscosity... I get the example but technically it's wrong and is not applicable here. If you can't get that right then my guard is already up.
