OK you got me. It was off of the Island of Maui that is part of the State of Hawaii. Happy now? Considering my family has lived in the STATE OF HAWAII for almost 100 years I know the diference.

Wow i went to maui once and we did the same thing boy it was windy but they made us take off our shoes. I am going in a month that will be April 18, 2008. A whale came soo close to the boat though. It was scary!!!

Wow, that must have been a windy day. Our video was just as windy at Hookipa Beach. We went on a whale watch with Pacific Whale Watch and loved it too. Maui O'ka Noi! Your breaching whale beat ours by a long shot!
