If pot was legalized and sold in a package store, the people could still use it for recreation or medical use. If you go to a package store or any other store, your not going to find a prescribed medication for pain unless you see your doctor and then it's off to the drug store with your insurance and paying for pills on a monthly basis.

I will tell you why, it's because the drug companies aren't the ones controlling the marijuana. I already showed that in 1850 marijuana was used to treat over 100 illnesses, today we have probably over 1,000 different pills! The people also can't grow that type of medication unlike with marijuana.

The only thing the person would need to know is how much marijuana they put into their food because smoking pot takes time, someone could eat a quarter ounce of marijuana faster than they could smoke it and when the effect kicks in would give the person a intense high that they might not be used to like what happend to the cop that ate the pot brownies.

Anslinger was furious when the results were released to the public and banned anyone from doing further testing with marijuana that could disprove his claims or they would be in jail.

A mexican went crazy after smoking marijuana, someone murdered their family after smoking pot, black men have relations with white women when smoking pot, marijuana causes black men to not fear the white man and stare him in the eyes. These were stories that were printed in hearsts papers. He wanted hemp gone and by doing so he made up stories about marijuana and Anslinger used some of this as proof to show to congress to ban marijuana.

Anslingers big focus during his whole career was on marijuana. He was racist, he didn't like blacks and mexicans and even made racist comments and was once yelled at for it. William Hearst hated Mexicans because he had investments in the timber industry and Mexican hemp plantations were going to put a dent in the market. He wrote up lies in his papers about marijuana and people believed the stories without any proof that they occured.

With hard drugs people die from overdosing or even a poisoning because hard drugs get cut when it's on the street un regulated. They don't know what's in it. Hard drugs are dangerous and that would require a well thought out plan to regulate those in a doctors care but marijuana just needs to be legalized, and regulated, it doesn't mean it needs to be taxed. People should be able to buy it in a store or grow their own.

You legalize marijuana to the public, they can't overdose on marijuana. No one has been reported of overdosing on pot. Legalizing pot takes away the black market sales and giving the doctors control of hard drugs takes those drugs off the street.

Their hard drug use also wouldn't be a secret to just the user but the doctor would know about it and if they have an addiction the doctor can still try to get that person help.

The drug war can always be used as a distraction. Marijuana should be sold in liquor stores. Hard drugs should be under the control of a doctor. Doctors can prescribe all kinds of dangerous drugs but they give people the dosage they need and tell them how much their body can handle on the prescription. If someone is addicted to a hard drug their name should go into a computer and they should see a doctor for that drug.

He is facing extradition to the United States for selling marijuana seeds to the United States. They aren't just accusing him of seeds but trying to say he helped distribute over a million pounds of pot because he sold the seeds. There is no proof that a marijuana dealer took his seeds and grew them. People might have just grown the pot for personal use or medical reasons.

So that's why there's so much schwaggy dirt-weed still going around. Don't buy that stuff! It's cheap for a reason, buy some good homegrown. It tastes better, doesn't involve dangerous or lucrative international/interstate traffic, wasn't traded for guns or people, and gets you more high quicker.
