to do the first level get the pitza cutter and cut the docter open fix the ribs by puting the ribs in the right places like a jigsaw then fix the wound outside the doc body

Right everybody the corkscrew is simple

1. click the corkscrew

2.click the healing gel

3.Click left mouse button

4. follow the red arrow around an entire rotations

5. this only works on the INSIDE of the body

Click on the corkscrew, then click on the green healer salve (they'll both light up) and then click on any random part of the body. Hold and follow the red mark around until it stops.
