It's clearly not noon. The shadows are less clear later on (perhaps it's nearing twilight then), but the sun does appear to be shining from a very low angle in the hotel and carpark. Possibly closer to 8 PM, especially if this isn't winter. Just sayin'

Exactly. In the State of Victoria, the law now states that if you kill someone whilst drink driving, you automatically get 7 years jail. No questions asked, do not pass go. The Magistrate cannot increase or decrease that sentence.
