And yes, it will eventually become a human being, but early in the pregnancy, it's just not. Do you consider an acorn a tree? Eventually an acorn will become a tree, but at the time, it's just an acorn. Just like an undeveloped fetus is pretty much just a bunch of cells.

It hasn't yet been determined by scientists. I think once a fetus can survive out of the mother's womb it becomes a human/baby. Which could be as early as 24 weeks thanks to the wonderful technology we have now days. Like I said to the other girl, if you don't like it, then don't get one, but let other people make their own decisions

I'm no biologist, but from what I can gather: a solid planet in the right position in relation to its star with at least one moon will - after developing water - continually sprout basic single-celled life forms (which may become flora or fauna) due to the friction caused by the movement of the tides caused by the rotation of the moon around the earth.
