  • I have the exact same bike (and color) and I love it!

  • How's the fuel economy?

  • @ChelNam around 5,4 liter/100km maximum 7,2 and minimum 4,3

  • I got my motocycle licence on this :D

    thanks in advance

  • white is good for this bike.

  • Hm...indeed

  • im 6 6 am i too big for it?pls answer owners i wanna get one thx

  • i am 6" 1.. not a big difference i think.. but anyways, this bike is absolutely perfect, somehow it seemed to me it should be this size to match my height :D

  • i am 5 10, will this bike look small with me on it?

  • this bike is very powerfull bike

  • :D i'm 5"4 and 110 lbs

  • guys, is this guy good for beginners?

cause I have read tons of topics about bikes for beginners, and all they say was the bike should be 250cc or less.

btw, im 5"4, am i capable to ride this safely

  • Well it really all depends on a few things. First off, what is your riding experience. I have spent alot of my younger years on four wheelers and dirtbikes. I once had a honda 250 daul sport that I found for me to lack seriously on power. If you have no riding experience, or very little, I would not go bigger then 500cc, and keep it a standard bike, not a sport bike, unless you are very responsible. Also what is your weight? The lighter you are the less power you need.

  • @xchris90x I have been thinking about getting one of these for my first bike. Im 6' 230lbs. You think it would be a good fit?

  • @MrLitz52 More like a Sherpa 650 DS

  • @binhvo2509 im a beginner too. ive been looking at all sorts of things. just turning 16 so im going to get my licence and a motorcycle. but i dont know if i want a DS, or if i want a sport bike. i started looking off with the KLR 650, and then found the ninja, and now i found this. i dont want to spend alot of money and then get it trashed due to me being new. so i was on DSBC and i heard to buy a starter bike and use it for a year to get the feel, and ull know from there what is good 4 u

  • perfect vid perfect bike perfect song btw whats the name of it?

  • can u all give any suggestion to me which bike i should buy between er6n or z1000 and why ?

plz help me i can decide which one i should buy?

    plz reply me back

  • They are completely different bikes.

  • it's great for begginers :)

  • yes, this is perfect for beginners but has some power though and nice handling, not too heavy. i had it in driving school

  • I am sorry to ask, which is better er6-n compare to er6f with fairing in it. Is it different or the same handling and acceleration. Thanks before...

  • maybe a stupid question... is this bike a bike a begginer could ride? just passed my test, but have had 250 dirt bikes before, thanks guys, great looking bike!

  • of course im also a beginner and i tested this bike for 2 hours it was greeeeeat! you can handle it!

  • I agree !! this is the best bike you can get to start and even more !! it's not a too fast bike (less danger) but it's very good handling and acceleration !

(yesterday ride against a FZ1 and from 0-100 we were the same

  • im about to buy one but im not sure shoul i take a 2009 or wait till 2010 model maybe they change something big..? you have any information??

  • Hi, i dont think There is gonna be real New Stuff on it, it has already ben changed for 2009 with big things, So only look Will be different

  • thanks for your advice

  • yes in belgium my first time on bike was this bike it is very nice to drive

  • Sorry guys maby a gay question. But i love the ER-6n. And i also love the Z-750 Kawa. What do u guys think. Thanks. Great vid by the way !!!

  • Z750 is less confortable, is heavier, the ER 6n is light, super handling and more confortable especially for a passenger. If you want a bike that is amazing in town and in fast and curvy roads, the Er 6n is the way to go. It has better power in mid range than any other 4 cilinders in the 600 class. So buy the Z750 if you like more sport riding position, and if you you have money for gasoline^^.

  • Looks so good! I just wish they would have went with more of a rounded headlight enclosure. Still, it grows on me, and I'm kind of liking the way the turn signals are placed low on the side like that.

I sat on one earlier and it's definitely a comfortable bike to sit on; it also has a great riding position. I've been pondering a finance option on an '09. It's also nice to see a short pipe on a bike like this, because most of the time the short pipes only come standard on super sports.

  • I got a bike 3 weeks ago and I am a bit dissapointed

the frame is very week , I had a little crush , I've slided on the road whit 40 mile per hour and the frame is a bit twisted from that

  • you got the dunlop tires?! ...if yes throw away and buy new tires...they are shit!

buy the michelin pilot road 2! never had better ones like them! =)

  • does the lack of windshield make a difference?

  • I am getting one :)

  • i will buy this when i grow up

  • when you grow up you will buy a flying one because ths will happen in few years :)

  • thanks for putting this up i'm going to buy one asap

  • Is this bike small for 190cm man

  • it's part of the "winter mix"

  • very nice video!

i was thinking about buying this one too...

  • im getting a bike when i turn 17 and well i just cant decide between the ninja 650 (this is the faired version or the er-6N for those who don't know) but whats the difference if it has a fairing or not ?

  • Hi Pranslam77 ! The fairing has got 2 big differences : firstly, it provides a realy better wind protection. Secondly, it's a different look. But in my opinion there is no others differences.

  • and of course it adds some weight to the bike. Mostly bikes without the windprotection acts more agile.

But hey, just go to your local bike-shop and test-drive both of them. That always helps ;)

  • thinking of buying this bike but not sure to go kawa or suzuki. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  • depends on what suzuki , the gladius is very equal to the er-6n , but imo it looks so hilarious

  • thanks for the reply. Yes, i forgot to mention the Suzuki Gladius vs the Kawa er-6n. So u recommend the Kawa, right?

Is it a better bike? I like them both but not sure which one is better kawa or suzuki. Thanks for the reply

  • kawa is more awesome too many people have suzukis in my opinion

  • Pick the one you think looks nicer, and if there is a price difference where you are, keep that in mind too.

  • whats the name of this song

  • i love this bike

  • This has a lot of chances of becoming my first bike !

  • Just bought mine Saturday. First bike ever, fell in love at first sight.

  • wich color did u take ?

  • I had only one option and this was the Blue.

  • i just bought one about a month ago...its my first bike and well....its a great bike i love the riding position..and it has power!! but i cant help but to rgret not getting a bigger bike like a 600 but....its a great bike (so far) mines is blue

  • This bike is a 650 ?? why do you talk about getting a bigger bike LIKE a 600 ?

  • He was dreaming to have er-6... he have to learn what 6 stands for.Maybe he meant to say zx600r,

  • i bought a er-6n...but maybe i should have went bigger like say a cbr 600 or a r6 or zzr-6 ..just a thought i love my bike though just thinking ahead....

  • @supercarsnancycom 600's are MUCH faster than 650s because they have 4 cylinders vs 2.

  • @ShuddupChip maybe, but in start i think the 2 overtake the 650

  • @supercarsnancycom Like a ZX6R 4 cylinder race replica bike.

  • @supercarsnancycom 600 i4. like a cbr. more top end

  • hello! awesome bike! Hey, does it have a FUEL GAUGE?

  • yes it does !

  • THANKS!

  • hi hope to see more video from u

still on a waiting list sad :(

  • I had just posted an on board cam.. see my other vids !! (which color did you take ?)

  • They just became available in Canada this spring, but the only color they have is the candy blue. I'd kill for a white one, so I'll probably just get it repainted after I drop it a couple times.

  • you should have the green one, that's awesome

  • I ended up going with the green Ninja 650R.

  • nice

  • That's my next bike, I 've already made a test ride on the previous model, so I guess there won' t be a big difference. It' s still not availiable in Greece though.

  • nice video

    hope to see more ,...

  • cool video

    realy nice !

  • More videos please i really want this bike and am saving up for the down payment. Put more cool videos of you riding it...

    Lucky guy... Be safe.

  • There is another one in my vids. I have this bike for 2 weeks and already done 450km ! I have to do first 1000 km to go over 5000rmp.. I'll do more vid then after. ;)

  • Yeah, i saw it. Right after i saw this video i searched your profile for more. What are your thoughts overall on the bike? likes dislikes? does not having a windshield affect high speeds is it manageable? what are your thoughts on that?

I am looking forward to seeing your next video.

    Be safe.

  • I used to have a suzuki 500 GSE and i think this new bike is even more easier to drive.. A real bike ! good handling, feeling safe... And about the power.. even if i didn"t get over 5000rmp yet, i can imagine how fast it can be.. I read it's the same time for 0-100 than a yamaha FZ1 = 3.7sec.. I'll try to post other vids soon but it's to cold and rainning now :;)

  • Very nice. Cannot wait to get it.

How is it like driving with no windshield?

Yeah its raining here too. I can't wait to see more...

    :)

  • I used to have a GSE 500 without windshield... And because of the 5000rmp limitation i cannot go over 100-110km/H at this speed there is no wind problem. From the test i readed under 150km/h is ok... then maybe you need windshield.. I like acceleration not top speed.. and this bike is the best for that...

  • hi nice video you have there..

    hope to see more.. :)

i still in the waiting list of buyer of er6n in

    Malaysia

can't wait to get my bike

  • Waiting list? Wow... but do you know the new ER6n has a less rigid chassis compared to the old model? That would make it a better road bike but a worst track bike... hope you intend on makin it a road bike only... :)

  • hi, ya waiting list..here we needed to wait for two to thrweemonths to get then bike. ha..ha i intend to use it as my daily tranportation from house to office on track????er6n is my first super bike, i'm a beginner in this world of big bike..:)

  • Oh, then it's ok... but in France they have a one make race for this bike called Coupe Kawasaki, that is, translated, Kawasaki Cup, like the one you have in Malaysia... This bike with a few mods will turn the bike from a mid-level commuter to a giant track-day killer! :)

  • I agree with you, especially when used in urban conditions, acceleration is the point, not top speed.

  • you very lucky person :]
