So what was the final result of all this? Or is this guy still sitting in a lock up? Hear in the UK failing to give a police manyour ID will often get you arrested for obstruction.
While we may not agree with all, or any of the actions of any of the people practicing "civil disobedience" in this video what we should all agree on is that "We The People" did not give any Government Agency or Court the authority to violate the Constitution when dealing with them. The ratification of the 14th Amendment means the US Constitution's Bill of Rights restrictions on government applies to all levels of government, Federal, State, or local.
My son and I were forced into exile because of a corrupt system in Pennsylvania. You can view our story at 'MOTHER AND SON EXILED FROM THE USA, DOES ANYONE CARE?' This is something you do only if you are desperate to protect your children after everything else fails. The court forced me to send my son to an abuser for 5 yrs. because of the father's political connections. We need to stick together to get better laws passed to protect children and get judges held accountable for their actions.
Hey did anyone hear something about Obama telling GA that they will allow all non citizens to vote in their state? I heard this. I also heard that Oklahoma pretty much said to Obama they were placing the Ten Commandments back up on their build and that Obam told them that will not be a good idea. But they did it anyways. Anyone knwo where these stories are on YouTube
I stated this was our front porch and our front yard, and they could so long as they did not go beyond that. He then began yelling at me that I would be arrested, I stated he had no right to come onto our property, and make threats, and I asked for his name and his supervisors name, he actually refused and began to walk away, when one older officer came up to intervene, and told the other to go back off, and gave me the info I needed. All too often police are way out of bounds.
@AEAlipac I would have told the man off(police officer or not). But these days of course they'll just arrest the parents for that. Even if they obviously did nothing wrong.
Some time ago, our daughter and 4 friends sat on our front porch waiting for the other parents, late in the evening. Soon several police had stopped a man walking, who was drunk. He had not dome anything else. One officer came over, to our front porch, and told all the girls they could not be out there. I was up and sitting right there in our living room. This officer then told me they could not be on public property after curfew.

Where is Sams lawyer? And the comments below...no one could even really figure out what the "tea parties" stood for...except putting down Barack Obama because of the color of his skin.
@LCLREPORT The new world older is not a white or black or Hispanic problem they will kill all the poor blacks whites and the Hispanic people. so we better stick together to fight this new world order. The police are the common enemy of the people. Police was to one's that crucified Jesus Christ, and round up the Jews to be gas. They always take the rich and powerful people side so we better stick together united we stand divided we fall.
It was Legal to collect Jews and burn them in ovens. Just because something is Legal does not make it right. Bad laws should be challenged and broken.
These reporters were defending the right of the press. Sam Dodson is still in jail being held indefinitely without a trial!
yeah..the right to report my ass..the press has no fucking right to destroy peoples lives..like they destroyed Michael jackson...You stand for this sam dodson because he got arrested and that they accused him for stuff he did not do...WHAT GOES AROUND COME AROUND!!..you reporter shits write stuff without any fucking proof or reliable sources..JUST TO MAKE HEADLINES AND MONEY! im so sick of you!
Saintspawn you correct, I am mad at the police. Just because something is written down on a piece of paper somewhere does not make it moral. At one time it was legal to not mix black and whites in schools and almost everywhere in society. It was legal to take away all the property of Japnese in the 40's and throw them into detainment camps without a trial.
Wait a sec, are you mad at the fact that people were arrested for disobeying the police? They were told not to but instead they decided they would do it anyways and then they paid for the it. I see nothing wrong with that.
This seems to be a violation of the 5th Amndmt. But there are limits to constitutional rights. The police CAN disperse public assemblies which are judged to be dangerous. You can't yell 'fire' in an auditorium. A free press is limited by libel laws.
"The right to remain silent" actually means you can't be forced to incriminate yourself. I fail to see how giving your name is incriminating. Therefore, the Fifth Amendment in this instance IMHO is not germane. But I'm not a lawyer.
Read the 1st, 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendments. This was no "civil disobedience." The reporters were acting lawfully. The police state ignored Habea Corpus and asserted unlawful authority over the above named amendments. You must guard yourself from believing the doublespeak. The reporters were right under the constitution. The police are the criminals in this case.
I met with a reporter with NBC. He told me America is doing away with the Media on TV and are going to be going to the internet. He said they are firing reporters right and left. Apparently they are only wanting reporters who will brainwash the public.
Thanks for the post, I am not sure why this keeps happening, so I purchased a new headset that is usb and I think I will change my recorder over to mp3 instead of wav. Hopefully that should do it. If you have any ideas on how to fix it let me know.
in your video editor you should be able to convert that track to mono, or simply center the left channel. you can also record in mono. i doubt using mp3 instead of wav will do anything to help, except accidentally.
Excellent reporting style, LCLREPORT, calm and simple. No hyperbole or ranting. Well done. I witnessed the events described here and would like to offer a few small corrections. 5 people were arrested on April 13, not 7. 2 were only given summons. Andrew Carrol was holding a few buds, not a leaf, when they arrested him.
I love Ridley Report. Dave cranks out about 2 a day and his theory is quantity of quality. I spend much more time editing and am lucky to get one out a day. Dave focuses on NH, I try to focus on the south and national. I am so new and trying to find my style but I am trying to be a very low budget and much less talented Jon Stossiel. I like how he does long stories. Thanks for all the help and since I am so new any is welcome.
Good report! I like how you have more details (and more accurate details) than the Ridley Report. Unfortunately, what I like better about RidleyReport is that the typical news story is shorter (~5 mins). I realize these are possibly conflicting desires; but maybe there's a way you can get more and accurate details yet still have a shorter story. I also really like how your background video and images are very closely related to the audio.
i arrived in NH just 22 hours before the events of this video began. I was there for the first arrest. It's amazing how easy it is to get arrested in this "free country!" No wonder there are more people locked up in the USA than anywhere else in the world! How soon before the thugs get me? How soon before they get you?
because of the 10th amendment. Before the Wilson administration the Constitution did not give the the federal government the ability to make laws that directly reached into the lives of citizens in America. Wilson wanted to spend money and control people what they grew, how much of it they grew, he gave us the IRS, and Federal reserve. He came up with the term Living Document because he felt the constitution was too rigid. That was the progressive movement. They tossed out the constitution
So what was the final result of all this? Or is this guy still sitting in a lock up? Hear in the UK failing to give a police manyour ID will often get you arrested for obstruction.

IF the dumb fuck wanted pot legalized -- he could try to pass legislation to that effect.
thats what we call a republic -- you elect people to enact laws you want. This fucking kid wanted to have his own laws.
The cops were only doing their job, dumb fuck.
If you don't like the laws -- vote for people to change them, or run your self.
Or, if you want to break the fucking law, then don't bitch when you are arrested and tried for it, dumb fuck.

The time for concern is past. Find a local tea party and go. Or get to the ones scheduled for DC on July 4 or the weekend of Sept 11, 12 and 13th.
The people there are protesting taxes AND the infringement upon our constitutional liberties. They are hand in hand issues.
The silent majority MUST find its voice. Concened but Complacent is killing us.
Become active. Stand up and be counted.

Real news people are licensed by the state and publishing approved information. We really don't need to know anything else.
So after hard copy evaporates and our independent news is wholly dependent upon the grid...how vulnerable is that?
