@julius0928 - I believe rats generally bite small children when they have food on their faces. It is not necessarily a sign of aggression. I don't think rat-infested cities are a great idea either, but there's nothing intrinsically wrong with rats.

If you want to get rid of rodents and keep them away , try using oil of peppermint. Put a few drops of it on each cotton ball , stick them in areas where you have a rodent problem , and they'll go away simply because they are allergic to oil of peppermint. Don't use peppermint extract because that won't work. It has to be oil of peppermint. I ain't tried this out myself , but I think this is something worth trying out.
