  • I can get up to handstand but my arms are always to tired afterwards to get back down so I usually just fall on my face, ha.

  • woah very impressive!!

  • How do you get ur hips high because when attemp to do that I get stuck

  • @violamajor56 Flexibility helps a lot in this mate. You don't need to be REALLY flexible to do this like splits for example isn't vital for it. You have to really fold yourself in half so stretching your inner thighs some might help to improving it =)

  • @MartialDriscoll ya i wished i knew that the first time i did it. i used to be able to do straddle planche to hand stand but when i tried this i got this super killer pain in my thighs because im not really flexible in my legs. soo painful.

  • @violamajor56 All about hip strength at the end of the day. Very hard (impossible) for a beginner to start on a floor straddle since the hip strength will not be there. Start on a high bench / parallets and work on strength then slowly decrease the height.

  • @violamajor56 SAM EHERE I CAN DO IT AND then i stop there it seems impossible

  • Great stuff, excellent work man.

  • 0.0 how long did it take you to condition your body for this

  • Took me about a week I think. The first attempt I could barely move out of the straddled sit...after continuous attempts I got eventually.

  • your good but when you get to the top, point your toes. it looks a lot sharper. nice video tho!

  • Naa this is old... kinda crap really now that I look at it. Got a newer one which is better...but thats not that great either lol :(

Need to really update this thing

  • good video but straddle is a lil wrong. you need to have a lower bum and higher legs with straight knees and toes, this will make it look a100% better good stuff thoe.

  • wow ! *-*

  • nice veideo... erm. how long did it take to build the strength required for straight arms rather than bent? any tips on doing so?

  • ur so flexible dat waz sikk

  • I think this is well done, dude! However, I would go to a straight handstand before going back to straddle position

  • Flexible bro :P Nice stuff.
