@Felton321 google "vidalia" and install both tor and privoxy. Also use the firefox browser and install the extension 'torbutton' (google tor button). tor button extension will set firefox up for you. I suggest using a separate firefox profile dedicated to using tor (google firefox profiles) and with java and flash disabled.

Cases like these don't surprise me... they upset me more than anything in the world. Why would people want to do such things?
