Financially speaking, there is no debate regarding any investment value of a timeshare. Even the industry's own legislative association ARDA does not deny this fact. While there are certainly people who enjoy their timeshares, the cold hard facts are that most are pressured into something they either did not really want or could not afford.
absolutely unbelievable how severely this man who claims to be a "money expert" can completely miss the true point of why people choose to own a timeshare and where the real money value in it lies. I would welcome him to a discussion on this topic any day of the week.
Timeshare is a huge industry and people love it.

I know five people with timeshares and none of them use them. I would say bad deal.
