Exactly; by the time of the Dark Tournament, Shinobu (the original Sensui) already had the Sacred Energy and would have wiped the floor with Toguro. Even if he DIDN'T have the 6 other personalities and the Sacred Energy, his skills and Spirit Energy were already high enough to have owned Toguro
