My Theory: This girl had a fight with her boyfriend, who stormed out and is now off sulking somewhere, probably with a random slut he's cheating with. This girl is now trying to reach him after knocking back a handful of pills and a 5th of Royal. Her plan is to take enough stuff so that she almost dies but not quite (so he can reach just in time) Just before passing out she calls him leave her "fair well" message intended to rend his heart with guilt but sadly she dialed the wrong number. Oops.

Never mind about my last comment. I think I've got it now. I think this girl had a boyfriend who cheated on her and she tried to kill herself. Now why she called you, I have no clue. But that's just what I got out of it.
