I am not a doctor - I do not know how to answer. Use your own judgement. NOTE: there are millions of people in the world living near mountains. Many of the have to walk up & down and there are no problems with their knees. But there is a HUGE difference between going up the mountain and incline walking on the treadmill. Just listen to your body: if something does not feel right - stop doing it (before you damage your knee).
All is wrong. You have no idea how bad is the incline geometry for your knees !!! I had a torn meniscus removed (part of it) and when I started using incline treadmill, I noticed that my knee alignment was off. The pain developed slowly.
The point is that your healthy knees are at much more stress and danger to be damaged one day, so I hope you will not end up doing knee surgery.

Peace to all... :)))

There is no desire to scare you - just a fact...
After 35-40 you should be careful...
