If Timothy Dalton is playing a Timelord you got to wonder if there will be more of them. Who knows maybe the Doctor won't be strong enough this time to defeat the Master, so maybe he get help from elsewhere. Btw someone else posted a clip on this site that did show Captain Jack in one of the production shots.

I didn't know about lucy, but you can see jack standing behind Sylvia in the trailer, I'm not sure about Martha, but I do know that there are suppose to be three weddings Rose, Martha, and Sarah Jane, but Sarah Jane's wedding but not happen until the SJA start and the epy featuring David.

The rose and jackie we know are not in the specials.

The doctor visits them back at the start of 2005, before the 9th doctor meets them.

Personally if this episode is anywhere as dark and creepy as the trailer portrays, then this is going to be one Heck of an adventure!

Great spoilers, but a couple of points:

1. I think it's been announced somewhere that Freema Agyeman is definitely in at least one of Tennant's final eps if not the finale one.

2. The guy on the left in the Timelord costume is Timothy Dalton, best known for being one of another "regenerated" type characters - James Bond. ;)

3. On a personal note - I am guessing Rose is confirmed in the clips there, but am disappointed as she has had 2 Great sendoffs and have now made her a parody IMHO.
