it was bad.

for one reason, your flute's sound is naturally lower than the piano. before you play something with the piano, you should go to an online piano, and check how much you need to have the head in or out.. unless, it'll sound awful..

I think your flute is out of tune..sorry I am being sensitive to the pitches... I am also a flute+ piccolo player..I think your flute is a bit flat..try to move the head joint a little bit out..:)

you have to practice much more to be in tune..and to get a better tone. but this isn't possible if you don't have a flute teacher..

Your biggest problem was intonation, so buy a tuner and practice matching tones; make sure you have good posture and play your flute almost parallel to the ground- pick up your right hand more for that.

I actually quite liked your low range, it's stronger than your mid and upper ranges, but you just have to be more gutsy and confident about your flute. Play slow tones as long as you can throughout the range and that'll build endurance, as well as naturally make your intonation better.

Try too keep a steady air flow and keep your air supply strong. If your air is strong, the notes will sound better. Along with a strong air flow and strong, steady vibrato, you are good to go! Good job!

You play well but play in key which may be due to tuning of the instrument. That plays a big factor when playing. If you are not in tune it will make notes sound off key. Please take this as constructive criticism. I love your playing but you need to work on that.

.....don't become flat. in the high registeres your a little flat, and in the lower registers you are extremely flat. I can't comment on your technique, because I am not a flautist, however they're many flute technique books out there that you can use to improve on. I also recomend that you do long tones that will greatly help you on your sound quality. But again as I said, overall a good performance. good luck in the future, and what ever you don't give up on it.

I being a musician I have to judge and give pointers. This cirticism also pertains to your other video of playing the piccolo. Now over all it is a decent performance and keep going with it, because you have the potential to be a good player. The biggest thing for me is air support. If you think of it in the sense that your mouth and the flute are the tip of a water pressure washer, and your lungs is the water resvour. You have to produce a steady and fast stream of air so that your notes.......
