This is my first try and it's so simple... ;)

I find a real ghost picture in Google, cut it in PhotoShop, more contrast and more blurr.

I move it in the GTA IV video and all the two video has a litle dirt and noise effect.

More scarry clips are coming !

First of all I made a screenshot from the car scene. Paint it black and white in Photoshop. Only that area where i want to appear the Fear girl.

When it's complete i got an "Image Matte Key".

(This is an effect in Adobe Premiere)

The GTA IV video was above the fear trailer.

.... and i was stepping the frame and moving the Fear trailer.

Looks simple but a little bit difficult :) !
