  • good teacher! ;D

  • I feel sorry for foreigners trying to learn English -- besides the horrible spelling problems of English, there is the complicated verb system -- as shown in this video.

  • Believe it or not, my 14 year old cousin who is in the scholars program doesn't know the difference between there, their, they're, or where, wear, were. The education in this country sucks balls.

  • English is such a shitty language.

  • @xXSparky117Xx So is whatever crap you speak.

  • @prelynmax

Russian and Chinese are much more advanced and efficient.

  • @xXSparky117Xx I don't care.

  • @xXSparky117Xx Just stop trolling.

  • @prelynmax

Why are you being such a little bitch about this?

  • @prelynmax

Why are you being such a little bitch about this?

  • @xXSparky117Xx me gusta

  • Can you explain to me which team was going to win, I am lost on that part.

  • Now, all I gotta do is listen to 'Friday', by Rebecca Black, and I'll know all my days of the weeks too!!!

  • optical illusion: when i look at the first suggestion, your head disappears!

  • this is a lesson to all the trolls on youtube

  • I have NO IDEA WHY, but this guy reminds me somehow of Zach Braff...

  • Just a question. How is someone who doesn't know English going to understand you? I just came over here to see if it's another one of those "teaching English while speaking English videos." That assumption never lets me down. Language X->English is going to help more for someone of language X than speaking English while teaching it. But what do I know? Maybe this is for very advanced foreign English students who can understand spoken English.

  • @IPwnYou4Eva Omfg this is a Future and Past literature teaching. PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH RETARD BUT THEY DONT KNOW THE FACTS BEHIND THE SENTENCES. Dumb cunt.

  • @IPwnYou4Eva This is an advanced lesson, nub.

  • why the fuck am i watching this? I am in college....

  • @bodybuilder444444 because your a body builder

  • @bodybuilder444444 For instance, you did not capitalize the first word in your sentence, or "I", the proper pronoun. Any other questions, moron?

  • @Makousen

It is ironic that you are attempting to correct another person's grammar. A comma goes inside quotation marks. The only exception is when that last item enclosed in quotation marks is just a letter or a number, in which case the period or comma will go outside the closing quotation marks. You are the using word I, not the letter I. Any other questions, hypocrite?

  • @slayersaphire Hahahahahahaha!

  • @slayersaphire

Whoops, I had a typo. My mistake, I made a common human error. The sentence before the question should read, "You are using the word I, not the letter I."

  • Thank you.

  • 6:45 is he just fart ? hahaha

  • @xNzzyz no, that was the marker cap

  • Why is this so easy? I was going to watch this entire video, but I'm already out of high school.

  • Wow, a 14 minute ad about how we're going to Hell?? Great, YouTube...

Alex, it's great that you provide such a resource, explaining some of the trickier points of English grammar. I bet this is especially helpful for non-native ESOL teachers.

  • very good!11

    thanks

  • Thanks Alex, I got 10/10 on the quiz!

  • I like this video. Now, i will explain to my students easily. Kisses
