Obsidian is better than Elite (only in looks because a scary game like this leans itself towards a darker colored suit). Besides, they're the same exact suits when it comes to resistance and limited holding space...BONER!

there are no lvl 20 suits but there are special name suits like the obsidian suit that he bought.

Obsidian suit,Skorpian suit are all level 5 suits.You can't get any PS store suits ingame.But when you play the game on higher difficulty you unlock news suits.I think it does go up to level 20 suits. The military suit looks brilliant anyways.
