can anyone go to the store or do you have to set an appointment and / or be a rock star? I never see any customers in any of the vids. PS I live in Long beach.
Nice guitar. Maybe you could expand a bit on the condition, and what you know about it. I ask this because I think popular knowlege states that the belly bridge and pickguard didn't show up until late '29, and the larger-form (modern shaped) pickguard did't show up until '33. I'm not questioning what you guys are saying, but rather if you have a guitar that's an anomoly it's interesting to learn more about it. Have you contacted Martin to ask about what records they have on this great guitar?
To the person who asked is it a parlour or a concert guitar. These terms are usually used in talking about size and Martin have their own system. It is a 00 sized guitar, this being larger than 0 and smaller than 000. Parlour is a very misused term, some guitar shops describing any guitar with a 12 fret neck join and slotted headstock as parlour. This is totally wrong. Parlour guitars were used in the 19th century for use in small rooms. They were always very small by todays standard.
Take advantage of that body on the 12th
