Lol, man I really wouldn't know what to tell you. Stuff like R U', I use my thumb a lot on those, and a lot of the algs I use have R U'. And my right index finger really helps a lot. If you look at the last alg I used, I used my ring finger and my middle finger to turn the bottom twice. I do that at the beginning too. That's pretty much it man l0l.
