  • Although, results last approximately 12months, I have consistently seen in the second year, the amount of product needed to re-volumize is way less. Sometimes half the original amount. There are some fillers that can last longer, but with added risk. Don't let anyone fool you, with claims of increased longevity. It is what it is. At least it buys you several years, before the need of surgical intervention...Face Lift ...

  • Why can't they make it last more than 12 months? This treatment looks great!

  • Great and informative video abolanos. One question I have is how do you ascertain the location of the major blood vessels prior to injection to avoid hematoma.

  • omg im getting my fillers next week, cant wait, this is fantastic and so natural.hope mine looks as good as this!!!

  • Beautiful result!

  • I used 4 syringes of Perlane. Perlane is the "sister" product to Restylane. Perlane is longer lasting, due to cross linking of molecules.

  • What kind of Restylane is been used here.

  • Yes, I prefer the threading and anchor technique. Fillers will settle under the skin, 3-4 weeks post injection. When injecting a bolus, the settling effect may cause the filler to set lower than desired. Also, a bolus of thick filler can often be felt, and visable from the outside. Using my anchor technique, will support the filler and create a smooth natural contour. KEEP IT LOOKING NATURAL!!

  • do you prefer the threading and anchor tecnnique to the bolus and mold?

  • Thanks for posting this video. I also saw some good material online at plasticsurgerymadeeasy (.) com
