its doable.... he landed way to heavy on his back wheel which made his front wheel hit the ground with more pressure than his body could take while remaining in balance. also he came at slight angle as if to land on bank facing towards the building he just jumped off of. the pretty much fucked his momentum of being able to go down the hill... so he could have made it if he landed on both wheels and he went down the hill at an angle....
