Thank you so much for your response. I am relatively new to tatting, but could never understand the written instructions for working off of the ball. Again Thanks!
Thank you so much for this I have looked for instructions for beginning tatting, you showing and giving much needed info. I needed another craft other than crochet and knitting. thank you so much hopefully you will put up another vid. I'm also gonna check out your blog. ^^*
@liz71 I am really glad you are looking at tatting. its great and relaxing... good luck on your tatting adventures and if you need something just send me a message :)
Thank you so much for posting this. I've looked everywhere for some place that shows how to get started and yours is the only one I could find. :) There is so much information out there and everything under the sun is described, but everyone assumes you know how to start (ie. thread the needle and how to make the first ds.) Thanks again. You did great!
how do i keep it from getting twisted

@blondspeck sometimes you should just let your work drop and spin. it takes the over twist out.

Thank you for your video, they are really helpful. I was wondering if you had a video showing how to work off of the ball of thread?

@Lynnski4 I will look into making a video about this, but in the meantime, totus mel has a great video about tatting with a ball thread.
