That's such a huge breech of privacy - I find that disgusting. It's a massive step backwards. How could you possibly go to a doctor if you thought your parents would find out? My business is my business - doctors should encourage me to tell someone who can help me through the process but ultimately why should I have my right to confidental treatment denied?

i think they should know. those can be pretty dangerous operations besides. in the states, a girl as young as 13 can be flown out of state to get an abortion, without telling her parents. i mean what if she died on the operating table? the clinics just want your money. i think its sick.
