  • @grandori2

Looks like the 2011 ZX10 will be my next bike. I have put over 16kmiles on this bike in less than 2 years of riding it. You will enjoy the bike. Great learning bike for me.

  • that is not a v twin.

  • Parallel Twin.

  • nice bike man, im 5'9 190-200 pounds, would this bike be good for me?

  • Any bike is good, as long as you are mature and don't just twist the throttle. This bike was an excellent choice for me. You should go sit on one at dealership, as that is most they will let you do.

  • So how was it for your first bike? If I can afford one, I'm getting one too for my first.

  • It's a great learner bike, so is the SV650 from Suzuki. Its all in throttle control, don't be a nut as any bike can make you come undone. You will be happy with 2009 model, Digital gauge, LED taillights, etc. Very lightweight for flickability.

  • It's great that you have a new bike, gernimozo. Have you taken the MSF course yet?

  • I had completed the MSF and got my license over 2 yrs. ago, but did not buy a bike yet.

My buddy was acclimating himself to my bike to ride home for me from dealership.

What I found out that worked for me was that once I started riding more, most of the questions I had regarding riding answered for itself.

Thanks for asking, and I endorse the MSF course fully. It's great for a 30 yr. old bike virgin.

  • Thanks for responding. I'm glad to see someone rewarded for the fruits of their labor - congratulations! I hope you post more videos of you and your bike - hopefully while riding it lol
