@Thedemigodly Wow, that's hard to explain. there are some women who have musculin feature and some men who has feminin feature. But when draw male in general think of angular and female think of softer curve, less detail, but more precision.

I've only seen a 3rd part of video: until 0:47, you did things I use to do: the egg, vertical lines, ruff face features, the hair shading (with thick sideburns on female?) then you deep SHADE the whole neck (something I always avoid to do since I don't draw girls, is it a rule for female faces/necks, to remark that physonomic contrast? Then in a sudden 0:56 you achieve a realistic effect with face shading and color, helped with that sad eye at the right. From here I am afraid to go further...
