@mrsfarroway I don't know what bit you are speaking of Mrs. If you tell me I will give you my opinion for what it's worth. :) When they were speaking in the hotel? I think that Dali knew that F loved him but he wanted all things his way. In reality Dal wasn't being accepted by the public and he wanted F to remind him of who he really was. But he wasn't willing to listen. He'd become the thing he feared most. A person who only sought publicity. But F was done. He had his own integrity.

Esta buena la pelicula ... y si es realmente un apen a lo k le paso a Federico Garcia Lorca ... es injusto pero esa epoca k se podia esperar .... mi unica gritica es la traduccion en algunas parte no estaba subtitulado y realmente nose bien ingles ... pero la peli se ve bien ... y creo en lo que dice uno de los comentarios si Salvador Dali hubiera reconocido el amor que se tenian todo hubiera sido totalmente diferente ... pero era una epoca totalmente diferente ... soy marina

First I want to say I've been searching for this film EVERYWHERE! I am a HUGE Salvador Dali fan. Second, Rob Pattinson did a great job at playing him. This whole film was absolutely amazing, it really just startles you and amazes you all at the same time. I love it!

Pero todos los actores hicieron un papel excepcional.

Y aunque no me guste mucho Robert Pattison como actor (si.. caiganme a piedras) su caracterizacion de Dali fue impecable.
