I'm also apart of a group called black/African American Goths on facebook which happens to have over 300 members and still adding. Not to mention various Afro punks, African American Goths, punks, emos, and other alternative subcultures. Just because you may not know any doesn't mean we don't exist.

@darklvrfly if you use a good primer the white foundation should stick well, or I do this with a number of different colours using liquid eyeshadow (not liner) like the max factor masterpiece colour precision eyeshadow spread liberally on a sponge does the same, I use their gold and it works really well, and they shimmer. Just look for liquid or cake eyeliner products for a matt look that are heavily pigmented. Just play until you find a colour that works fr your skin tone x
