Cheap hinges (my left hinge seems to be wore out and it'd be a pathetic shame if that caused an issue with the screen)
Otherwise for a very cheap and basic laptop, throw XP or Linux on it and you're good to go. Mine is dual boot between Windows XP SP2 (sorry, I just don't like SP3 from experience, say nothing), and Fedora 14, Windows XP got drivers right from Dell, Fedora worked TOTALLY and ENTIRELY out of the box including wireless and graphics.
hey please tell me what is the right os for this i have one but recently installed windows 7 but want back xp i tryied xp but i can't seem to get the sound driver even when update r download off the internet the driver is called IDT high definitin audio!!please help me i need xp back!!!
