Overall its decent. The transition between poses are quite linear, have Ease in Ease out principle. Avoid holding poses. Needs more follow-through on the spine when he puts his leg on the box. He's looking down to long, its hard to see expressions, maybe cut down the time he looks down on his left side, so you can have him looking at the person hes talking to. Keep it up:)
