As far as I can see with the cleveland combi oven - the only ones I have been able to find are manual control models. This differs enormously from the Rational Combi Ovens that I am selling - these are fully automatic and programmable, with multiple cooking of different products, with different cooking times, please look at their specs.
Oven is not bad but I recommend you check out an Alto-Shaam combi before you make your decision. I understand their oeven does everything the Rational unit does but you can also smoke product in the same oven, pretty cool.

this oven is supperb. it skins onions in 45 seconds,and the way it can cook shelves in diferent temps is mad. best oven ive ever worked with
