As as the upgrade, you would have to talk to your carrier unless you are willing to pay top dollar to get one. I got them Otter Box cases. The cases are a bit pricey but really protect the phone.

@WillieB383 I have a 4s as well and I cannot tell you how much I love it. The kids love their phones as well, they haven't really put them down since they got them. My MacBook can now get some much deserved rest. Happy holidays!

@amolyoko Getting the 4s's was a challenge but well worth it. You remind me of me about two months ago when I did not own one myself. I have one today and it's the best phone I've ever had.
