Combo system = Fail.

Fatalities = Ultimate Fail. Just a bunch of failed jokes.

Color-swapping Ninjas and Cyborgs = FAIL.

Mortal Kombat 2 = Win. Not even close. MK3 was such a disappointment.

@Huntington1234567 i actually think you're right. fatalities really are a fail (and especially animalities where half of the characters got the same) but you still got to admit some of them were good. i still guess the developers very lazy, they put the same fatality for 3 characters too. also everyone has like three legs, two heads etc. combos are really dumb too, gotta agree. cyborgs only weren't *that bad*. mk3 still fails but i wouldn't say it's is the worst mk ever. what about the 3d ones?

Khameleon has 6 fatalities ok? I showed them in my demo. Different character with the same fatalities is still different fatality, but chill I said I like this demo better than PSX and PC version.

I kinda have to say this:

PS1 version OWNS the N64 version. I hated the one for N64. It was difficult to play, and the cheats were much harder to do. Whereas in the PS1 version, it had a simple cheat with cheat switches involved, I enjoyed that a lot. And everything REALLY fit in. I have to say, that MK game is the best MK game ever. 2nd to MK 4.

But here's the problem though:

PSX had long, frustrating loading times and an incomplete Supreme Demonstration though and the game has to stop to load everytime Shang Tsung has to morph into somebody

While the N64 version had less characters, it didn't suffer from long loading times, had a complete Supreme Demonstration and Khameleon, who actually started out with her own backstory and everything

If you don't like the N64 version, why bother lookin' at this to begin with?

I think it depends of the taste of people , i like both versions ( i use the n64 version for my combo video ) but i like the psx version the most cuz that's the one i grew up playing :)

Did you notice? Some of the screams are different. A lot of the are bunched, like Stryker being exposed to a fatality, as well as some others.

Some of the voice files were removed so it's like this:

Scorpion, Smoke, Kabal, Raiden and Stryker share the same scream as Classic Sub-Zero and Kung Lao

Kano, Noob Saibot, Ermac, Shang Tsung, Robot Smoke, Sektor, Cyrax, Rain and Baraka share the same scream as Reptile and Nightwolf
