My family have always had Rots, and I believe they are the best breed out there. I am not in the look to get one my own at the moment since I am 24, right out of college and starting my professional life, and I know how much attention Rots need. But I will def get one as soon as I can, how do I know that the people I buy it from are serious with what they do, like you seem to be? And I want the tail on, what is the major difference with leaving it on?
@MrScottie87.When you are looking for a good breeder, do not go for the pups in the classifieds. I would love to buy them all up, and save them all, but then I would be encouraging puppy mills. most have websites. Go to the AKC website and many advertise there. I visit my breeder many times before I decide whether to buy from them. They should encourage this if they are a good breeder. They should also screen you with as much scrutiny as you screen them. Don't forget about rescues!
@andreyz94 I rarely see a rottweiler puppy that isn't a little fluffy. They lose their "puppy coat" though, and then have a thick undercoat, with a nice shiny overcoat. :)
Thank you. He was about 5-6 weeks here. He was very small and had to be bottle fed. We went to a really good family with children when he was ready to go.
Adorable!
