There's more to drumming than being able to play really really really fast double bass. And to me, its never about how much double kick you have. I play double kick. I am no where near as fast as some of the kids today, and I have been doing it for 20 years. But seriously. The guy really isnt that good. Its not just his drumming chops either. Its also his attitude.

Drumming is all about rythm andd if you listen to the black album and justice(epic double bass) the rythm beats the shit out of half the stuff any other drummer does. There's musicians ( Portnoy, Mangini, Minneman ) and there are rock stars ( Ulrich, Tommy Lee )

the world is full of drummers play fast ... but fast is to be perfect? you do not have anything new that Joey Jordison, Mike Mangini or Paul Bostaph or for example have not, because only burrows death metal death metal drummers have is that they play fast but it has almost nothing of musical intensity, the emotion nothing ... just go the drums and double bass to a fast but are already out of control and someone else copies ... you do not have your own techniques, that emotion you give to a song?
